I began this proof of concept for a school project and continued it as a personal project.
The aim was to challenge my content creation skills to enhance an existing game. I focused on developing an original concept block and its system while adhering to the game's philosophy and creative direction. This mod has been made using MCreator for Minecraft 1.18.2.
The chalk block has multiple uses that blend well with Minecraft's various playstyles. It fills decoration gameplay holes with colored vertical slabs and redstone systems by allowing the redstone signal to move vertically. This mod also introduces porous blocks and phreatic tables into the game!
